Billies edge D’Hanis 20-19 to remain undefeated in District

Rocksprings Junior High played a solid team from D’Hanis on Thursday evening, October 20th and got the victory in a tough fought contest. The Cowboys pulled ahead in the first half, but it wasn’t long before the Billies answered and took the lead back. The offense played well and the defense stepped up with big plays to help seal the victory. With two minutes left the Cowboys scored and decided to attempt a 2-point conversion for the lead, but Adrian Mata made a great play to bring the quarterback down in the backfield.
