Saturday, January 28th at Gilmer Memorial Library- Great News! The Hunter’s Education class is FULL, but our TWA Youth Hunting Program rep said that he can run another class soon. So, watch for another class coming in the pring/summer.
The Gilmer Memorial Library and Texas Wildlife Association will be working together to provide citizens of Edwards County an opportunity to complete the Hunter’s Education Course locally. It’s the law; every hunter (including out-of-state hunters) born on or after Sept. 2, 1971, must successfully complete a Hunter Education Course. We would like to help hunters both young and experienced ensure they are in compliance with the law! We will offer a course in January to get folks ready for Turkey Season.
