RISD Summer Strength and Conditioning begins June 8th
Summer Strength and Conditioning workouts for Rocksprings High School and Junior High athletes will begin Monday, June 8th. There will be two sessions Monday through Friday. There are two periods of “No Activity” this summer: July 3rd, 7th and 8th and July 20-21. During these dates there will be no use of school facilities for athletics per UIL.
The morning session will begin at 8a.m. and conclude at 10 a.m. and evening sessions will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sport specific coaching will be immediately following the workouts. Sport specific workouts will include football and basketball skills and drills.
