Hill Country Titles, Inc. acquires Telegraph Title Company

Wed. Jan. 2, 2019-Hill Country Titles, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Telegraph Title Company in Junction and Rocksprings, Texas. Previous owner, Andrew S. Murr remains grateful for the years of support Telegraph Title has received from both communities, and he will continue serving both Junction and Rocksprings as an attorney, businessman, rancher and Texas State Representative for the 12 counties in House District 53. Bobbi Champion-Holland will remain an integral part of the new owner’s operation as a title examiner, abstractor and closer. The company will conduct business under the name of Hill Country Titles.

Hill Country Titles was founded in 1970 by Gordon E. Sauer, and is the oldest title company in Gillespie County. Gordon leads the company as President while his son Ryan W. Sauer is the Owner and Vice President. Additionally, Gordon is a licensed attorney who has practiced real estate law for 50 years. Gordon and Ryan are native and life-long residents of Fredericksburg, TX.

Hill Country Titles employs 20 people, many of whom have long tenure with the company. The Hill Country Titles family strives to provide exemplary responsiveness, thus creating an exceptional customer experience for all real estate transactions.
