- Ola Beatrice Stillwell Creech, 78, of Camp Wood died on Oct. 27, 2008, in San Antonio. A viewing was held in the Nelson Funeral Home Chapel. Services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday in the Nueces Canyon Church of Christ in Camp Wood with minister Brian Garnett officiating. Interment followed in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Camp Wood. Creech was born on June 3, 1930, in Barksdale to John Dee and Mary Taylor Stillwell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Creech; one granddaughter; parents; and one sister, Ora Dee Shipman. She is survived by one daughter, Mary Louise Mickey George of Camp Wood; one son, Terry Ray Creech and wife, Cherie, of Midland; two granddaughters; one brother, Bill Stillwell of Yorktown and numerous family members and friends. Pallbearers were Jack Graham, Ray McDonald, Haldon Fry, Robbie Sweeten, Charles Stillwell and Junior Hatley. Arrangements were by Nelson Funeral Home of Camp Wood.
