- Willie V. Mahler, 97, of Arlington, Texas died Saturday, November 18, 2006 at a Personal Care Home in Arlington. Funeral services were Friday, December 1, 2006 at Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints with burial in the Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington. Surviors are her son Clyde Mahler and wife Laura; daughter Beverly Armstrong and husband George; 8 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to LDS Education Fund. Willie V. Mahler was born March 29, 1909 to Samuel Walker and Hannah P. Green Dismukes. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years Gideon Mahler and two brothers and two sisters. Arrangements were by Moore Funeral Home in Arlington, Texas.
