Angelina Parad Barron, 93, of Barksdale, Texas went to be with her Lord on February 1, 2007 at the Uvalde Memorial Hospital. She was born June 1, 1914 in Cuatro Cienigas, Coah., Mexico to Eaustacio and Teodora Parada. Angleina and husband Chon moved their family to the Canyon in 1947 where he worked on the Williams Ranch and she raised their six children. She was a member of the Frist Baptist Church since 1953. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Chon Barron and one infant daughter. Survivors are children: Sam Barron, Lilly Garza and Mary Martin all of Uvalde. Paul Barron of Del City, Oklahomz, Minnie Ramirez of Camp Wood and Alyce Bohuslavicky of Katy; one sister Herminia Calzada of Seguin; twenty grandchildren; twent-three great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Services were held Sunday, February 44, 2007 in the Barksdale Baptist Church with burial in the Barksdale Cemetery. Pastor Greg Johnson officiated. Arrangemenst were by Nelson Funeral Home of Camp Wood, Texas. |
