RISD school bells soon to ring, assignments near completion - By Carolyn Anderson As we say, it’s that time again. The fall semester of school begins just less than a month away. Teachers report August 16th, and the first day for students is August 23rd. According to Superintendent Janet Patton, all assignments are complete except for two positions. She said Tuesday that they had not received signed contracts, as of yet, from those two.
